Nvidia already released what should be a few cards of the 800 desktop series - but on the 28nm architecture.

If they are going to save the name for the 20nm process, it could take a while yet.

In fact those 800m cards are close kin to the GTX 750 cards. Despite what Nvidia might claim, they shouldn't be significantly better than the 700m cards on practice... they are a bit more power efficient though.
