Bwa-ha-ha, I just leave it here: Correspondence of US Army Attache Assistant in Kiev -- mean little men scheming their puny provocations.

It seems the thread should be renamed into 'What does Obama wants with Ukraine?'

Nah, for western world Ukrainian crisis has started with Crimean crisis, and the whole understanding of the situation comes from alleged Russia vs. Ukraine "confrontation" -- before that crisis in Ukraine didn't exist, Nazi problem still doesn't exist -- media barely paid any attention to the country that majority of their audience would have had a hard time finding on the map. Hence relative popularity of the thread compared to similar one and the fact when given thread was created. After all whatever Putin does is much more entertaining than any other news -- cannot blame western media here. So from their standpoint, it's all about Putin.

The amusing fact about the leaked correspodence, which btw I believe is legit (I'm not specialist on internet security, but Sporaw is, and he has a good track record of not posting BS), is... US official is involved, granted not a high rank official, but enough to discredit "upper command" over the topic that just doesn't worth it. They might have used some person from "absolutely independent" NGO or use some false accounts for correspondence on the touchy subjects, instead they did what the did and it's just such a glaring lack of professionalism.
