it is because Famitsu seems to give high score to some games... I guess it is more because the cultural difference... Japanese tastes are really weird for us.
There are scores below 5.
For example: FIFA 14 (PSP) – 7/7/6/5
or
Beijing 2008 – The Official Video Game of the Olympic Games (PS3, Sega): 3 / 4 / 4 / 3 – (14/40)
Beijing 2008 – The Official Video Game of the Olympic Games (Xbox 360, Sega): 4 / 5 / 4 / 3 – (16/40)
