Going off what I've seen in the press lately, I'd maybe consider replacing the 8800GT with a 9600GT, it only clocks in at a slightly lower speed than the 8800GT, but runs at cooler temps with I believe less power consumption, also gives better OC'ing opportunities too I believe! :) Either way you're looking at a pretty damn powerful rig indeed!

EDIT: Good choice on using MicroDirect too, I don't think I've seen any online shops cheaper than they are :)
