So for those games like Civ or humble bundle deals, etc ... I can do that. Granted, as many know I am trending to walk away from PC completely for Chromebook. So if that does happen, then yes Steam will be gone too unless its opened to ChromeOS at some point. With SteamOS coming, its unlikely... and while I've contemplated building a steambox... But if you don't even use PC to play games, I don't get why you even brought up PC in the first place, and if you do play on PC, it doesn't matter that games aren't the reason you upgrade it Either way, you still upgrade it and you still play games on it that require an upgrade compared to whatever PC you owned before.
