LOL how is that the same thing, then the system is ram starved, but both habe 8 gbs of ram. Take out the ps4 gpu , anyone can use hypotheticals...... Amount of ram and ram speed is not the sme thing nor relevant. Yes you need ram, but esram wont make one system with a weaker gpu pefform better it's impossible.
Show me a benchmark of a PC with a 40% better gpu but slower ram where it performed worse in games? HINT They don't exist, and ps4 has faster unified pool is better then slower ram with 32 mb esram. 32 is too tiny and another middleman to get to the gpu and cpu.
