Again. Had 3DS launched with actual games, $250 would have been fine. Personally, I would have waited for $200, but $250 would have sold well. Apple products have far higher margins as do pretty much anything "audio" market related. Just sayin' margins do not prove or disprove the value to price ratio. The perceived value is what is important. I don't like Apple so I don't perceive their high value. But I happily pay $350 to $400 for out of contract brand new Nexus phones. I happily paid $350 for a Wii U. If I bought a 3DS for myself, I'd happily pay the $200 for a Zelda themed XL. At that point I'm not considering the margin the company is making. I'm only considering what its value is to me. |
"While the rest of you all have your lubed up asses, I'm sticking with Nintendo and its policy of hugs and high-fives."
Aah, I see. So when Nintendo does it, it's not bad because you perceive it as not bad. Like, if you think, "this is normal sex, not anal rape," then it's A-OK.
Now, I don't really have a problem with that, it just confuses me that you'd make a thread that's critical of other people when you're doing the exact same thing.
