I never said Nintendo doesn't strive to make money; it just does so by delivering honest value.
But had 3DS had quality game content, it would have sold hand over fist at $250, just as the XL does now at $200. 3DS at launch simply wasn't worth that price and thankfully had the margin to lower its price to create the proper value to price ratio.
Wii U can't.
