Idk if advertising during The Walking Dead is a good idea considering it's turned into a damn soap opera with zombies. The first season was amazing, when it was about surviving zombies. Then when it moved to the farm, it was "omg, who's baby is it going to be" and "awww, Maggie and Glen are SO cute" bla bla bla. There are now more female viewers than males because of it. Females, on the whole, don't give a shit about video games.

The Walking Dead is one of the most popular shows on television, it's a great place to advertise products, I saw an Xbox commercial last night too.

Its the No.1 show on TV in the 18-49 demographic (the only age range advertisers care about). This year its average 6.75 in the demographic. The next closest thing is the Big Bang Theory which has averaged 5.30. So yeah. the show is still huge and much higher than the 2nd highest rated show.
