Not happening. You expect TF to increase X1 sales by 5 times? Yea, no. The X1 might do 250k for all of March though and then drop back in April, while the PS4 continues selling. Whether or not the X1 comes on top in March NPD is dependent entirely on how much PS4 stock is available.
