no difference that ive read about. well depends on where you live.

Europe and yeah, I'm aware of the censorship in the EU version. 

Noticed that the PC version of the game is over 10€ cheaper than the PS3 version, so that's why I was asking.

PC is the way to go then. im pretty sure the pc version is complete
