One of Bandai/Apple's Pippin Atmark/@World or Bandai's Playdia get my vote.

Game.com or Gizmondo perhaps when it comes to handhelds.

The PC Engine Supergrafx is also pretty bad as it had fewer than 10 games released for it (although it was backwards compatible with hundreds of PC Engine games).

Of the more mainstream consoles on that list, the N64 is probably the worst. There are some of the best games ever on the system (Zelda, GoldenEye, Mario Kart, etc.), but it was not a fun system to own at the time. Cartridges were overpriced and there was a constant lack of games for the system for its entire lifespan.

There are over 600 games for it in Japan, many representing the pinnacle of 2D gaming.
