This whole thing seems completely unbelievable.
I am not a gamestop or EB games person, but I do go into them on occasion. I have never heard an employee at one of them that completely ignorant about a game system. I have seen them not know much about a particular game, but not a system.
This whole story sounds like a troll job to me.
It is near the end of the end....
