@boutros its fine that they do not know everything spec wise as long as they do not lie or talk bs about the console they are not personnaly into. I am an account manager myself when I'm being asked something I'm not 100% sure about something I'm being asked I'd rather tell that I'll look into this and let them know when I have an intelligent response.
