@morenoingrato the waiter knows about what he serve, he will tell you exactly what you'll get if hes a good one, he do not need to know how to cook it, he only need to know whats in that plate/meal and respond to your question Menu related.
Compairing this is like if I told that the employee would have to know how to build a console, totally unrelated.
