Sony already has 2 VR headset. And I don't see why people are so excited about OR, it's not even VR IMO.

no, the Sony HMDs are not VR headsets, they give you the impression of looking at a huge TV from some distance

VR means covering (almost) all of your field of view and distort the image in a way that the brain can't tell it's just looking at a virtual space, hence possibly giving you the feeling of "presence", of actually being in that world
