Did Yusuf Mehdi really say this?

Seriously, MS cannot be placing that much importance on a game that isn't even truly exclusive to Xb one. I can't believe he's not saying this just to try to build more hype for the game. Surely he doesn't really believed TF is the game that makes Xb one a real contender. A chief marketing and strategy officer who truly believes has to be of questionable competence.
