phase 1 is done. Beta Test Phase 2: From Friday, April 4, 2014 to Monday, April 7, 2014.

all gameplay progress will be transfered over to the official game at this point.

Thank you for this info, this answer why I havent been able to log on the game, I wanted to only play phase 2 since I already played awhile on PS3 but decided to put it on hold till PS4 came out, so I waited till phase 1 was over to try to log in cause I tought phase 2 would start right after and was already getting kinda worried I wasnt able to log in hehe.
