This sounds like you have never been on this side. Have you seen all these stubborn Nintendo, MS and PC fanboys?
They are too proud to leave and will be busy to gather dirt on the Playstation which I'm sure they will find plenty this gen.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
