I was going to say play games by a mile... until I read the OP and saw that you also include TV Shows.
I do watch several shows and the occasional movie every now or then (I don't go to theaters, the volume is too high and people too annoying) but I'd say that even then, I still spent more time playing games than watching the TV.
Please excuse my bad English.
