All right guys. Here is my speculation thread about watch dogs delay. Here I am going to put my theories (?) to find out why it got delayed. Feel free to put your own ideas. But please dont break vgchartz rules.
The first impression that I got from the recent video is that it got heavily downgraded. I assume this is true for ps360 version and to some extent ps4/x1 version. PC version may prevail from this deep downgrade. Now here is my speculation.
They may have taken pc version as standard copy and wanted to port the game indiscriminately in console versions. Cant blame this approach if they are trying to cover so many platforms. But when they tried to port it might have performed horrible. Remember first ps360 versions video that looked like ps2 game? They tried to match ps4/x1 launch date to the end. But in the end they saw it its impossible. Plus releasing the game seperately in different platforms might damage their sales. So they decided to delay it more. But in the end this might not live to the expectation of gamers.
Other facts:
Ubisoft is a great publisher / developer. I like them because they do pump out new IPs regularly. But they have faked farcry 3 graphics before.

How to detect a bad game:
1. Available platforms: PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3ds, PS Vita, Android and iOS.
2. Movie games: "Relieve your favorite movie in ths awesome game. With mindblowing graphics and awesome story". Lol.
3. Any $60 game with microtransactions and episodic paid DLC.
4. 7th edition of the same game.
Watch dogs has number 1 (kinda) and 3 (kinda) in it.
