I'm suspicious of how real it is, as well. Personally, if my wife gave birth to something like that, the last thing either of us would want is somebody filming it.
And I know for a fact that the majority of the public would feel the same way.
But, considering they weren't speaking English in the video, there could be a cultural difference to factor in here.
