I love how people are talking trash about the game based on a 6 second clip of it. It's one thing to say it's been downgraded, but to say the game is lifeless? You saw like three streets in that gif, and only one short bridge in any amount of detail. You know nothing about this game if this is all you've seen. Go look up some gameplay footage. Every neighborhood is different, has a different crimerate based on what part of town it's in, and looks and acts the part too. You mean to tell me that's not immersive? People just like to hate on things on the Internet. It doesn't look like that bad of a game. People complain there's not enough new IP, but they ignore indie stuff for the most part, and when a big triple AAA IP from a company trusted for quality comes out they trash it. It's Ubisoft guys, it'll be a good game. Might not be best of the generation, but who cares.
