Wow, this has definitely been downgraded from the PC version first shown, and from the PS4 footage shown before. They must be downgrading it for a more stable framerate or an increase in framerate overall. I don't think this is necessarily a cross-gen issue, as the game started development on the PC rather than on a console. At this point, only time will tell when we get closer to release. Perhaps some parts still look great, while other parts are noticeably worse (where they had to make the most changes).
