I abhor violence in real life and am not really interested in super violent games.. although if there were one which came out that I would otherwise get then an M rating or something like that wouldn't stop me.
People are of course free to not buy games for themselves or their kids if they object to some of the content, its when they try to impose their beliefs on the rest of us is when there's a problem.
