Vita version is the definitive version. It includes all the levels (including the touch screen screen murphy levels that the WiiU has) plus 5 exclusive levels for the Vita.

But i think the vita version doesn't have local/online co op, while the console versions do. Also, I think in the console versions you don't have to use Murphy who's annoying as hell to use.

Vita version does indeed have co-op (both local via Ad-Hoc and LAN). I should know since I've used it a few times. Also the WiiU version also has the annoying Murphy levels so you're wrong on that bit.
