Guilt by association?
He told the guy to call in every week. He allowed the guy to use the word "spic" on air. He allowed the guy to ramble on and on about racial purity. Never did Hannity tell him that such rhetoric was over the line, never did he argue against any points he was making, never did he disagree.
At the very least Sean Hannity was doing this to boost his ratings, which is incredibly sleazy and unfit of a "journalist". However, its well known that the two were friends outside of radio.
