Battlefront has also been first person for me. Considering how the new Battlefront will be developed by DICE, I'd imagine they'd also be more focused on first person.
In fact, that it's being developed by DICE should pretty much tell you everything. You'll pop in and out of vehicles like Battlefield, you'll have large maps like Battlefield, you'll have multiple classes like Battlefield, and you'll have a variety of game modes like Battlefield. While handing Battlefront to the people who did Battlefield is almost entirely a perfect fit, it doesn't exactly leave a lot to the imagination.
