I'm sorry, but please read any mythological story and you'll quickly realize that you cannot compare superheroes with Graeco-Roman mythological figures and gods. You do realize Zeus often rapes human beings right? People like to see their superheroes stumble and fail? Then explain why they almost always have a GOOD ending(again, exceptions prove the rule). Tragedies end in tragedy. Like Oidipous killing his father, marrying his mother and in the end going into exile while stabbing his eyes out. Did that happen to any of your superheroes? ;)

Furthermore, religion basically requires that there is something above the human level. You cannot compare that with comic books, they don't need such a thing. Name me one European super hero.

Jan Spier and Jerom are not super heroes. Just because a character is powerful does not mean he's a super hero. Jan Spier barely plays a significant role in the Nero comic books for example. 

Can't comment on the others, did not read them. 

Surprised you didn't name Obelix, although I don't consider him a super hero either.
