The PS4 is the better gaming console.
Multiplats are vastly superior, japanese support WILL be better !
PS+ is significantly better than Games for gold.
....and something to keep in mind : Sony didn´t try to force terrible anti consumer tactics down your throat (compared to no used games/ "always online") !
I´d go with the PS4 (or better: 3DS and Vita if you don´t already own both or one of them, they are both worth buying on their own !)
Edit: Better exclusives on the XBone ? Highly debatable. There are more, that is true.....but the quality leaves a lot to be desired, especially because of their microtransaction sheningans.
