I know, I played all 3 games; but that is more reason to change the character, or the setting. They were never planned as a trilogy to begin with, they wanted to tell a story about the Joker and they end it very well with City, also they are changing consoles, so the people need to buy another one to "complete" the story which also does not help.
I don't know I am just disappointed with this piece of news, is another Batman game, using the same Arkham universe, and in a new platform. I just played 3 similar games, and I think this is a missed opportunity, specially when there were rummors that Rocksteady was working on a new franchise. I have no doubt that this will be at least a good game, but we already have good Batman games, 3 games in 5 years, and there more things to explore.
