im surprised EA has decided to release this so close to titanfall. they should have released it in the summer when there would be fewer games coming out. it seems fun, but not sure its worth 60 bucks.

Its not $60.  Honestly, im not upset with EA, but rather upset with the critics for not scoring it higher.  IM not sure if critics are more harsh this gen or not yet, but i do know that it is one of the best online tps games ive played

how much is it?

i stopped giving a shit about what critics score for the most part honestly, unless they tear a game up ill decide to get a game on what i seen of it. or the history of the dev behind it, for example i dont need to see the new uncharted to know that im getting it. i still look at scores, hope that a game im looking forward to scores well, but it isnt even close to a deciding factor.

anyways, dont see why you would be mad at EA, but im just saying it might have been a mistake to release a multiplayer shooter game right before releasing your much hyped, much more advertised other multiplayer shooter game. if anything is taking away attention from PvZ its TitanFall and both are from EA.

a mouth watering $40 which makes the game just the right price to pick up as a day-1 purchase.  honestly, all games should launch at $40.

@Jay - it's not dark and gritty with an emphisis on photorealism.   it'll get knocked for that even if the reviewers don't specifiy it directly.  there is a lot of bias in the review system.  best you can do is read the content and see exactly what they complain about.  typically it's pretty easy to spot low scores due to "not being what i wanted" as oppose to low scores due to being bad.
