Yeah...that big one of health care is a real pain though.  Be happy to pay a bit more on games and all as opposed to having to spend $160 a month for basic insurance that covers next nothing so a single hospital visit could easily be in thousands.  There are trade offs in any society.

That's true. Free healthcare is a great benefit (even if the quality isn't that great!) but again, our income tax is slightly higher. So overall, with taxes, our disposable income is lower.
