Interesting. I wonder if the text book mentions that the aggressiveness fades almost immediately after playing? Or that sports make people far more aggressive, sometimes even extending to the people watching? I mean, how many parents have been charged with assault over a video-game match compared to a football match?
It's also curious that video-games get tagged as causing aggression, yet the last few decades in the US have seen a definite drop in violent crime, a time period which coincides with the rise of video-games.
Interesting stuff, when you think about it. People jump on video-games because they think it's safe to do so, even if it makes them look like hypocrites.
