No, Russia is a Regional Great Power but lacks the ability to project power and infuence anywhere in the world.  Only the US is a true Super Power in the modern world. 

US is OP and needs to be nerfed =P 

Also while I believe the US is still the super power of the world its one they are struggling to hold on to. Hilariously I believe theyre biggest problem is how much money they put into their military, although Im not sure if they have cut back much recently.
