Haven't you heard, it's Insoniac's take on the adult industry! :P
If I had to guess (if that could be a real game) is that it'd be some story taking place after Tools of Destruction becase in TOD you kill an evil robot pirate, which automatically makes Ratchet the pirate's new captain.
