Xbox360 is really, really comfortable, so that's the winner for me. Wii U gamepad is strangely comfortable, but I believe it's because I used to think it would be heavy and hard to use, but in the end it was far better than I thought. Wii's was unique and can't really be compared. I never enjoyed the PS1/2/3 controller, mainly because of the analog sticks.
