Some of the reports are speculating about Uyghurs, but I don't know if that's based on anything other than the use of the words "terrorist attack" and the fact that the government is generally pretty eager to blame Uyghurs for things.

There was a big police round up of Uyghurs in Yunnan a few months back, though, so it's not that far fetched.
