Do you attend church weekly? Yearly?

In Junior/Infant school we were all taken on a trip to church each year I think, (so from ages 5 to 11). Since then I have been in a church twice, though both were to watch my (now ex-)girlfriend play the trumpet or cornet... so I haven't been to a service in 10 years.
