If you buy the game, try out the Breakdown DLC as well. It not only makes an already challenging game even more challenging, it also makes it more of an open world sandbox type zombie game.
I'm looking forward to reading impressions. I remember posting some long stories in another SoD thread. The most intense part about the game imho is that if you aren't careful, that character you spent a lot of time leveling up and outfitting with great gear will be dead and gone from the game. It's an awesome element I wish more games would incorporate.
