Golden Hammers & Challenges in Brawl

Though I'm tempted to use them on the 2 combo ones (10 with 1 charecter, 400 combined) since I suck at combos. Though if I can't use it on Boss Battles intense, I better warm up my Puff.

 I also only have 4 golden hammers and I've never used one either. Where are they "earned"? SSE? someone please tell me.
