Quantic dream maybe. They don't really need to buy any more devs though. They have a ton already that aren't doing anything (that we know of). Ready at Dawn is a posibility as well.
What Sony has been doing lately is making contracts with upcoming and new developers to make digital games. I don't know if they're interested in buying any more studios.
