I'm sure the deal is worth it for EA because Titanfall is a new IP so it will offset their cost even if it's not successful, though I don't think sales would have suffered even if it was on the PS3/4 because people will buy it regardless IMO. The scary part is think about what would have been if they had an "unprecedented partnership" with Nintendo? LOL!
