All of the evidence suggests Halo 2 Anniversary is coming this year instead. Master Chief voice actor Steve Downes' statement that it was coming this year (though he later claimed he was misquoted, a transcript of the original interview proved he wasn't), the hints by Phil Spencer and Major Nelson, the leak by ntkrnl, the fact that this is the 10th anniversary of Halo 2, the fact that neither Certain Affinity nor Saber Interactive (who co-developed Halo CE Anniversary) have announced projects right now.
I'm about 99% sure we'll be getting Halo 2 Anniversary this year with Halo 5 beta access.
