You better have some space on that memory card. The latest update is 5.4 giga, and episode 2 is coming soon. Sega ID isn't tied to your PSN so yeah you should be able to play it on European PSN. If I like what I see, I might get the physical version too to play in my US psn.

Sadly, I'm out of luck, as I only have a 4 Gb memory card. Perhaps it's time to upgrade, but I'll wait to see if the second "starting package" comes with the updates already included.
