I'm a PS4 owner and I have a 1080p capable LED. I grabbed Tomb Raider and it looks nice...but after the initial "wow" wore off, I didn't really care anymore. Like most games, ever--once you start getting into the game, you really don't care how it looks. I was so excited to finally have REAL 1080p and when I saw it I said "That's it?"

Seeing 1080p on consoles made me realize something.

Effects that hide jaggies are important at any resolution.

I don't know if I agree with that. Resolution is the most important thing next to framerate. I know when it comes to gaming on my PC, I'd turn off all the effects if it means I can get a decent framerate at 1080p.

BLASPHEMY ;P unless it is for competitive gaming....
