I expected this all along. MS knew that at launch at the Holiday season would mean sell out. They did sell out. Now they adjust. Selling the consoles for a loss at launch is just a poor decision. MS is really suffering for that then. People are switching to Playstation all the time and they are not going to go back when MS lowers the price

What 5% of the consoles that will be sold this generation have been sold.  Plenty of time to make it all up.

The gamers that buy first have a huge impact on future sold consoles. This is the main reason the 360 had so much success vs the PS3.
