Most likely a sell off will happen in 2014 while this generation still has some glimmer of hope for the Xbone console and the Xbox brand is still fairly strong. In 2015 when sales have slumped the Xbox business will be a much harder sell.

I do not see them dropping thier ties with Nokia but I can see them selling Xbox off.

Microsoft may not be dropping their ties with Nokia, but Nokia's dropping their ties with them.  Nokia just announced Android based phones.

Point? Lumia will continue to be their biggest sellers

I have a Lumia 520 and love it :)
