I actually got PvZ: GW yesterday and there was a brief period where matchmaking didn't work and then it did, and there was the warning the servers would be down briefly in the middle of the night to repair it for any it was still not working for. An annoyance, but I'm glad they got it fixed quickly.
I would have been mad if the time I wasn't able to match-make lasted longer than an hour. I hope this isn't a normal occurrence, but it didn't totally enrage me this one time. Once it started, the game was very fun! 24-player multiplayer shootouts!
