The best part about this announcement isn't necessarily that the game is coming west but the fact that it's coming west next year means that the Vita will still be supported in NA untill then..... maybe lol

Depends on publisher expectations. It can definitely sell 50k in Japan and for many devs thats not a bad thing. Its all about keeping expectations in check, something SQEX seem to struggle with
